  • Full payment is required prior to shipping out your order.
  • Online payments are securely processed by your choice of credit card payment (authorize.net), paypal.com, or google.com at "checkout".
  • We accept money orders or cashiers checks for mail orders. Please contact us first to facilitate processing.

Sales Tax

  • Sales Tax is charged only for purchases shipped to a California address. Current rate is 7.75%.
  • Sales Tax IS NOT charged on shipping charges.

  • If you are a vendor with a CA Resale Permit and your purchase is intended for resale purposes, you can avoid paying California Sales Tax.  DO NOT TRY TO INPUT BUSINESS SALES TAX PERMIT NUMBER INTO SHOPPING CART.    
  • Download the form entitled "California Resale Certificate" by clicking NOW.
  • Complete and send us the form as instructed.
  • Upon receipt, we will keep the form in our files for all future purchases
  • We will email you a unique CODE number with instructions for tax exempt purchases.

  • We do our best to ship out orders within 48 hours. If you have an urgent situation, bring it to our attention by email or by calling and we'll try to accommodate you. Please also use the "special instructions" section during "checkout" to send us a message about your order.
  • Shipping costs are kept low starting at $5.95 for First Class Mail (to any USA states including Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico & Military)
  • We ship to Canada (by Fed-Ex or USPS) & Worldwide (by Fedex or USPS). FYI: Fedex charges additional customs brokerage fees payable upon receipt and any applicable customs fees as well.
    Note: When purchasing online, the shipping fees for international shipments are estimates only.   Contact us for a shipping quote.
  • We utilize USPS, Fed-Ex, or UPS depending on weight and destination. Normally USPS is used for 1 pound and less. Fedex is used for 2 pounds and up.
  • Upon request we can ship and charge your existing shipper account for a small handling fee.
  • Overnights/Express shipping possible if notified prior to 1:30 pm PST.
  • We make every effort to ensure that all shipments are addressed and packaged correctly. Once shipped out, we are not responsible for deliveries. Fedex deliveries are insured. USPS deliveries are NOT insured.
  • When purchasing multiple items or large quantities, the automatic shipping calculations at checkout could sometimes process inaccurate shipping rates. In those cases we invoice you for the difference if too low, or we refund the difference if rates were too high. We don't always catch it, so please notify us.
  • For any purchase, if shipping rate seems incorrect, please contact us to see if we are able to make a rate adjustment.

  • We DO NOT accept returns nor exchanges for purchasing the wrong size cotton or muslin bag.  

    If you're not familiar with the bags, please allow sufficient time to obtain a sample/s (see respective web page).

  • Do you think we made a mistake? Contact us within 7 days of order receipt. Otherwise, the sale is considered final.
  • If your order is returned as undeliverable, we will NOT try to locate you. YOU must contact us. If there was an address change or we were provided the wrong address, we will charge you a reshipping charge that must be paid first.
  • We know are products are superior, carefully packaged, and well labeled. Taking returns for no significant reason would not allow us to keep our rates so low to our customers.

International Orders

  • We DO NOT guarantee arrival of international shipments. Our packages are trackable but in most cases, only within the USA. Majority of countries do not continue the bar scan coding once outside the USA. We can say that thus far all orders have been delivered but occassionaly there are delays due to custom inspections.
  • We ship to Canada & Worldwide by Fed-Ex or USPS (US Postal Service). Note: Fedex is 100% trackable to your door but they do collect additional brokerage fees for passing customs. These additional fees cannot be estimated by us.
  • When purchasing online, the shipping fees for international shipments are estimates only. Once order is received we will pack and weigh your order. If shipping fees already paid are not sufficient to cover actual costs, we will bill you for the difference before shipment can be sent out.

  • Expect some delays in processing International orders. These orders require completion of customs forms and need to be delivered in person to the local post office. As an estimate, it can take 3 - 4 days to ship out your order and about 2 weeks or longer to arrive depending on destination.
